Q: How long for making color lab dip?
A: With pantone colors number, color fastness requirements, light source and other information, our lab dip lead time is1. Polyester fabric: 3-4 days.
2. Spandex fabric: 5-7 days.
3. Print fabric: 7-10 days.
Q: May I have a trail order?

A: Our color fastness ranges from1/washing 3-4 grade to polyester (basic standard)
2/washing 4 grade up to polyester (good quality)
3/washing 4 grade up to 6 fiber (best)

Q: What is your MOQ or MCQ?
A: Regularly, our MOQ is 200kg, and MCQ is 100kg. Our surcharge is 100 USD.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For basic item, we can send in 7-10 days as we have greige fabric. For small order we will send in 15-20 days accordingly. For bulk order, we will deliver it in 30-45 days.
Q: Can I have customized fabric colors?
A: Yes. Please give us the Pantone color code or color standards. Jambofabric will dye your fabric accordingly.
Q: What type of printing could Jambofabric do?
A: We can do a wide range of printing, including sublimation printing, pigment printing, screen printing, digital printing, reactive printing, placement printing, logo printing, cut printing, etc.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Our payment term is a 30% deposit in advance and a 70% balance to be paid via T/T before shipment OR L/C at sight. If you have another preference, don't hesitate to contact us.
Q: Do you have free sample?
A: Yes, Jambofabric will provde the sample while you need to pay the shipping cost.
